GROUNDBREAKING SHOVELS
I was asked to paint some shovels for the Groundbreaking Event for Primary Children’s new hospital in Lehi, Utah. I wanted each of the shovels to mean something unique, that would portray Hope and Healing through a Child’s eyes, without being “childish.” Here’s what I came up with!

After the Groundbreaking for Primary Children’s Hospital, the Washington County Commissioners Office contacted me to hand-paint shovels for the groundbreaking of their new County Building. They wanted each of their shovels to boldly display their colors of Blue, Green, Yellow, and Orange, while also portraying some of their favorite locations in Washington County. Here’s what I put together for them in just a few short days!
